"As an education major, I have been in numerous schools within a hundred mile radius of Sterling and never have I experienced anything like the close knit “family” atmosphere we have here at St. Mary’s. My daughter, Emma, is greeted with a smile every morning. The staff knows every student’s name whether they are in their class or not. And I dare you to show me another school where the principal serves lunch to all of the students every day and knows them so well she recognizes a new hair cut or a new pair of shoes. You won’t find that anywhere else, trust me! Students from Saint Mary's Parish and Sacred Heart Parish attend the school as well as students from other denominations
